Terms & Conditions

Abusive language and/or aggressive behavior towards our staff will not be tolerated at any time.  If this happens, you may be asked to leave the building at any point during your appointment and you will not receive a refund for your booking.  If this happens during training, you may receive a partial refund.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All deposits & payments paid, are non-refundable.

Courses

Please arrive 15 minutes before the course is due to start.  If you arrive 60 mins or more late, we may not be able to train that day.  

To reschedule a course, follow the policy above.  We can reschedule a course booking once at no charge.  The full balance of the course needs to be paid 48hrs prior to the original course booking.  

To reschedule a 2nd time, a fee of £95 will be applied and will need to be paid on the day you reschedule.  You can reschedule a course any number of times, however, a fee of £95 will be applied each time.  

You can cancel a course at any time by following the procedure above, please be aware that if you cancel a course, any monies paid to Lashes 888 Studio Ltd, will not be refunded and you will not be eligible for a refund

After taking a course & you feel you need another session to be confident in your new skill, we may provide another day's practical at no extra cost to you.  You must submit an Assessment within 3 months, to obtain your Diploma.  If you decide you no longer wish to submit the Assessment, for whatever reason, you will not be eligible for a refund.

For health and safety reasons, children cannot be brought to training sessions and we ask that you do not use your mobile phone during training and all devices must be put on silent.

We reserve the right to cancel a course with sufficient notice.


Lash Extensions

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment is due to start.  If you arrive 30 mins or more late, we may not be able to provide the service booked that day.  It will be up to the discretion of the Lash Technician.

If we cannot provide your lash service due to being late, you can reschedule for another date, however, an additional cost of £5 will be incurred to reschedule and it must be paid on the day.

 

A patch test is optional, please let us know if you would like a patch test before your appointment.  See our contact page for contact information.

If you have a custom style in mind, complete with a photograph & mapping, or a picture of custom volume or spiked lashes, this will be considered a fully bespoke Lash Extensions Service and it will be priced by the hour.  1 hour will be £45, 2 hours will be £55, 3 hours will be £65, 3 to 4 hours will be £75.
