Lash Course Cancellations & Rescheduling

You have between 24 to 48 hours before your course booking date and time to cancel or reschedule.

If you wish to cancel your booking, all deposits & payments paid, are non-refundable.

LAST MIN RESCHEDULING- UPTO 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE

IMPORTANT - YOUR COURSE WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOU WILL NOT BE RFEFUNDED

For last minute rescheduling, less than 24 hours notice, we feel both parties should never reschedule within 24 hours notice.

If you need to reschedule last minute (less than 24 hours notice), your course will be cancelled and you will lose any deposits and payments made and you will not be eligible for a refund.  


Please arrive 15 minutes before the course is due to start.  If you arrive 60 mins or more late, we may not be able to train that day.  

To reschedule a course, follow the policy outlined above.  NOTE There will be a £95 fee on the day you reschedule.  No client is exempt from paying this.

Furthermore, the full balance of the course still needs to be paid 48hrs prior to the original course booking date & time.

If you need to reschedule a 2nd time, you will lose your immediately lose your course booking, your course will be cancelled, all deposits and payments made to Lashes 888 will not be refunded and you will not be eligible for a refund, under any circumstances.. 

You can cancel a course at any time by following the procedure above, please be aware that if you cancel a course, any monies paid to Lashes 888 Studio Ltd, will not be refunded and you will not be eligible for a refund.

After completing course & you feel you need another session to be confident in your new skill, we may provide another day's practical at no extra cost to you. Please see detailed information below on ADDITTIONAL TRAINING


THE ASSESSMENT

You must submit an Assessment within 3 - 6 months, to obtain your Diploma.  If you need additional time, please let Emma know.  You must submit before and after photos of a fresh set of lashes, for all the Lash styles you have learned, on a real life person. 

As well, as before and after photos of an infill for all the styles you have learned.

EXAMPLE - 4 STYLE COMBINED COURSE ASSESSMENT

Classics - 4 photos

1. Before photos of a fresh set of Classic lashes
2. After photos of a fresh set of Classic lashes
3. Before photos of an infill set of Classic lashes
4. After photos of an infill set of Classic lashes

Hybrids - 4 photos

1. Before photos of a fresh set of Hybrid lashes
2. After photos of a fresh set of Hybrid lashes
3. Before photos of an infill set of Hybrid lashes
4. After photos of an infill set of Hybrid lashes

Russian Volume - 4 photos

1. Before photos of a fresh set of Russian lashes

Mega Russian Volume - 4 photos

You must source your own model.


If you decide you no longer wish to submit the Assessment, for whatever reason, you will not be eligible for a refund.

For health and safety reasons, children cannot be brought to training sessions and we ask that you do not use your mobile phone during training and all devices must be put on silent.

We reserve the right to reschedule a course with sufficient notice (24 to 48 hours) any number of times, without penalty.  However, Lashes 888 Studio will do everything in our power not to reschedule a course.  If Lashes 888 Studio needs to reschedule a course, will will offer you an addition 1/2 day or full day of training, free-of-charge to you.

We reserve the right to cancel a course with sufficient notice (24 to 48 hours), without penalty.  However, Lashes 888 Studio will do everything in our power not to cancel a course & provide you with the training needed to obtain your diploma.

SATURDAY BOOKINGS

If you book our 2-day combined course on, starting on a Saturday, this does not mean a Saturday will be automatically available to you for the 2nd day training. 


TRAINING DAYS AVAILABLE 

Training can be provided on a Monday afternoon, all day Tuesday, all day Wednesday, all day Thursday, Friday afternoon & on the occasional Saturday. 

Lashes 888 will make every effort to accommodate your needs and we expect the same in return.  For example, you take a day off work to train mid-week. 

If Saturday's are the only day you can train without exception, please let Emma know after you have received your 'PERSONALISED BOOKING EMAIL'.

A fee of £50 will required in this case.

ADDITTIONAL TRAINING

If both parties feel additional guidance & training would benefit you, rather than going solo - you may be offered an additional 1/2 day or full day training, at a discounted rate.  In some cases, you may be offered additional training, at no extra charge to you. 

NOTE You must put in a significant amount of effort by completing tasks & tutorials, in your own time, on your mannequin or a real person, with photos of your work for all the Lash styles you are learning - Classic, Hybrid, Russian Volume and Mega Volume), using the step-by-step guides provided.

Lash Extensions Bookings

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment is due to start.  If you arrive 30 mins or more late, we may not be able to provide the service booked that day.  It will be up to the discretion of the Lash Technician.

If we cannot provide your lash service due to being late, you can reschedule for another date, however, an additional cost of £15 will be incurred to reschedule and it must be paid on the day.
 
A patch test is optional, please let us know if you would like a patch test before your appointment.  See our contact page for contact information.

If you have a custom style in mind, complete with a photograph & mapping, or a picture of custom volume or spiked lashes, this will be considered a fully bespoke Lash Extensions Service and it will be priced by the hour.  1 hour will be £45, 2 hours will be £55, 3 hours will be £65, 3 to 4 hours will be £75.
