Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

When booking, you will have agreed to our cancellations & rescheduling terms.  You have the right to cancel or reschedule your booking, by following our policy below.

You can cancel your booking at any time.  You have 24 hours before your booking to reschedule.  Please email us at lashedbyemma888@gmail.com or call Emma at 07368397182 to cancel or reschedule a booking.

If you cancel your booking, all deposits & payments paid, are non-refundable.  If you reschedule your booking, all deposits paid are non-refundable, but transferrable with 24 hours notice.

Courses

Upon booking, you will receive an automatic email from Lashes 888 Studio, plus a personalised email from Emma, your course trainer, with more details regarding your course, start times, if a model is required, information regarding parking, and when the final balance is due to be paid.  

You can pay in installments or by making one single payment, as long as the balance is paid 48 hours prior to your course start date and time.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the course is due to start.  If you arrive 60 mins or more late, we may not be able to train that day.  

To cancel or reschedule a course, please follow the policy outlined above.  

You can reschedule a course booking once free of charge.  The full balance of the course still needs to be paid 48 hours prior to the original course booking date.

To reschedule a 2nd time, a fee of £95 will be applied and you will need to pay this fee on the day you reschedule.  You can reschedule a course any number of times, however, a fee of £95 will be applied each time.  We strongly recommend that if you need tyo reschedule, that you only do this once, to avoid any additional fees occured,


Please be aware that if you cancel a course, any monies paid to Lashes 888 Studio Ltd, will not be refunded and you will not be eligible for a refund.

After taking a course and you do not feel confident in your new skill, Emma may offer another day's training practical at no extra cost to you.

You must submit an Assessment within 6 months, to obtain your Diploma.  If you decide you no longer wish to submit the Assessment, for whatever reason, you will not be eligible for a refund.

For health and safety reasons, children cannot be brought to training sessions and we ask that you do not use your mobile phone during training and all devices must be put on silent.

We reserve the right to reschedule a course with sufficient notice.


Lash & Brow Treatments

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment is due to start.  If you arrive 30 mins or more late, we may not be able to provide the service booked that day.  It will be up to the discretion of the Lash Technician.

For health and safety reasons, children cannot be brought to appointments and we ask that you do not use your mobile phone during appointments and all devices must be put on silent.

Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a treatment, please follow the policy outlined above.  You can reschedule a booking once free of charge.  

To reschedule a 2nd time, you must pay the full remaining balance, on the day you reschedule.  You cannot reschedule a treatment a 3rd time.

Please be aware that if you cancel a treatment, any monies paid to Lashes 888 Studio Ltd, will not be refunded and you will not be eligible for a refund, therefore, we strongly recommend that you do not reschedule your booking more than twice, so that you do not lose money and you can get the treatment you booked.

If you come for a treatment and you are not happy with the result, please email us at lashedbyemma888@gmail.com or call/text/Whatsapp us at 07368397182, and we will arrange another appointment, free of charge, with the same specialist.  The specialist will fix the issue at this appointment, rather than issue you with a refund.  In exceptional cases, we may offer you a full refund.  However, you must first contact us and come back for another appointment, for our specialist to resolve the issue first.

 
Custom Lash Extension Styles

If you have a custom style in mind, complete with a photograph & and mapping, or a picture of custom volume or spiked lashes, this will be considered a fully bespoke Lash Extensions Service and it will be priced by the hour.  1 hour will be £45, 2 hours will be £55, 3 hours will be £65, 3 to 4 hours will be £75.

At the beginning of each appointment, we do a consultation, so that we can give you the lashes you want, to the best of our ability.  The results will also depend on the health of your natural lashes. 

At the end of each appointment, we might take photographs to have a copy of the finished lashes.  We often use these pictures on our socials, if you give us your permission.  If you are not happy with the results, our Lash Specialist will discuss options with you.  We may offer an infill or a brand new set, rather than a refund. 


Please note, that we cannot offer a refund if you wash your lashes and they fall out or if you pull your lashes out. Our specialist will be able to look at your lashes & and know in either case.
