Terms & Conditions - Payments, Cancellations and Rescheduling

​Lashes 888 Studio Ltd reserves the right to update our T&Cs at anytime, without notice.  If this is not your 1st visit to our T&Cs, please refresh your web browsing page.


Course final payments

If you book a course for 1 calendar month ahead, the final balance needs to be paid 48 hours in advance of the course date.  

For example, if you book a course scheduled for 17th March 2025, on or after 17th February 2025, the final balance needs to be paid by the 21st February 2025.

If you book a course for more than 1 calendar month ahead, the final balance needs to be paid by the last Friday, 2 months in advance.

For example, if you book a course scheduled for 17th March 2025, on or before 16th February 2025, the final balance needs to be paid by the 28th February 2025.

Example 2, if you book a course scheduled for 17th April 2025, on or before 16th February 2025, the final balance needs to be paid by the 28th February 2025.

Example 3, if you book a course scheduled for 17th May 2025, on or before 16th March 2025, the final balance needs to be paid by the 28th February 2025.

Full details on how and when to make the payment, will be detailed in the personalised booking email from Emma, that will be emailed to you after booking your course.

Course Cancellations & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a Course, please email us at lashedbyemma888@gmail.com or call/text/WhatsApp Emma on 07368397182.

You must do this with 3 full working days notice.

We believe that neither party should reschedule at short notice. However, we acknowledge that such situations can occur. For more information on the implications of this, please consult the full terms and conditions outlined below.


Course Attendance 

Please arrive 15 minutes before the course is due to start.  If you arrive 60 mins or more late, we may not be able to train that day and therefore need to reschedule last minute.  Please see information above on what happens in this case.

To reschedule a course, follow the policy outlined above.  

Furthermore, the full balance of the course still needs to be paid 48hrs prior to the original course booking date & time.

We allow rescheduling any number of times, for genuine reasons. please follow the policy outlined above.
 

Additional Course Training

After completing course & you feel you need another session to be confident in your new skill, we may provide another day's practical at no extra cost to you. Please see detailed information below on ADDITTIONAL TRAINING


The Assessment

You must submit an Assessment within 3 - 6 months, to obtain your Diploma.  If you need additional time, please let Emma know.  You must submit before and after photos of a fresh set of lashes, for all the Lash styles you have learned, on a real life person. 

As well, as before and after photos of an infill for all the styles you have learned.

Classics - 4 photos

You must source your own model.

Online Courses

As well as a short multiple answer Quiz for the Online Courses & pass rate of 70%.

If you decide you no longer wish to submit the Assessment, for whatever reason, you will not be eligible for a refund.  You must submit Assessment photographs (as outlined above), in order to obtain your Fully Certified Internationally Recognised Diploma.


Healthy & Safety

For health and safety reasons, children cannot be brought to training sessions and we ask that you do not use your mobile phone during training and all devices must be put on silent.


Lash Booking Cancellations & Rescheduling

You must do this with 2 full working days notice. For short notice rescheduling (between 12 and 24 hrs notice) & last minute rescheduling (up to 2 hours notice), you will automatically lose your deposit & all monies paid to Lashes 888 Studio Ltd.

We reserve the right to reschedule a lash booking with sufficient notice (2 working days) any number of times, without penalty. 

However, Lashes 888 Studio will do everything in our power not to reschedule your lash booking. 

If Lashes 888 Studio needs to reschedule a 2nd time, the remaining balance of the treatment will be waived and you will only pay the deposit (already paid when booking), for any lash treatment.


Lash Extensions Attendance

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment is due to start.  If you arrive 60 mins or more late, we may not be able to provide the service booked that day.  It will be up to the discretion of the Lash Technician.

If we cannot provide your lash service due to being late, you can reschedule for another date with a small £5 fee.

Patch Tests

A patch test is optional, please let us know if you would like a patch test before your appointment.  See our contact page for contact information.

Lash Appointment Health & Safety

Lash Extension Custom Styles

If you have a very specialised custom style in mind, complete with a photograph & mapping, we may add an extra £10 to £20 onto the price of the service.  You will be advised prior to the treatment.

SHORT NOTICE RESCHEDULING- MORE THAN 12 HOURS AND UPTO 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE
LAST MINUTE RESCHEDULING -LESS THAN 2 HOURS NOTICE

For short notice rescheduling (between 2 and 3 working days), your course will be rescheduled to the next day that suits both parties, after a fee of £95 is paid to Lashes 888 Studio Ltd.  

For short notice rescheduling (12 - 48 hours), your course will be rescheduled to the next day that suits both parties, after a fee of £125 is paid to Lashes 888 Studio Ltd.  

If you need to reschedule last minute (between 2 and 12 hours), your course will be rescheduled to the next day that suits both parties, after a fee of £175 is paid to Lashes 888 Studio Ltd.   

If you need to reschedule very last minute (less than 2 hours notice), your course will be rescheduled to the next day that suits both parties, after a fee of £195 is paid to Lashes 888 Studio Ltd. 

If you wish to cancel your booking at this point, all deposits & payments paid, are non-refundable & you will not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to reschedule a course booking with sufficient notice, any number of times, without penalty.  However, Lashes 888 Studio will do everything in our power not to reschedule your course booking.  If Lashes 888 Studio needs to reschedule, will will offer you another full day or 1/2 day of training free-of-charge.

TRAINING DAYS AVAILABLE - SATURDAY BOOKINGS

If you book a Combined Course, starting on a Saturday, this does not mean a Saturday will be automatically available for future training days. 

Training can be provided on a Monday afternoon, all day Tuesday, all day Wednesday, all day Thursday, Friday afternoon & on the occasional Saturday. 

Lashes 888 will make every effort to accommodate your needs and we expect the same in return.  For example, you take a day off work to train mid-week. 

If Saturday's are the only day you can train without exception, please let Emma know after you have received your 'PERSONALISED BOOKING EMAIL'.

A fee of £50 will required to train on a Saturday for all subsequent training days (bar the 1st day - if scheduled for a Saturday)

ADDITTIONAL COURSE TRAINING

If both parties feel additional guidance & training would benefit you, rather than going solo - you may be offered an additional 1/2 day or full day training, at an agreed rate.  In some cases, you may be offered additional training, at no extra charge to you. 

NOTE - To qualify for additional training at no extra cost, you are required to demonstrate efforts on your part. This includes completing tasks and tutorials on your own time & practicing on a mannequin or a real person.
